The NFL Draft Advisory Board advised Miami senior OT Seantrel Henderson that he would not be selected in the top three rounds had he declared for the 2013 NFL draft.
It's not surprising. Henderson was the No. 1 recruit in the nation out of high school, but his on-field performance has been maddeningly inconsistent and he has off-field concerns. "I’ve matured a lot," Henderson insisted. "In the past, I made a couple decisions that might have caused me to be in the doghouse from [Al] Golden. Now, I’ve been top of everything, watching film more, doing everything right academically. I’ve been better on the field and off."

Miami junior T Seantrel Henderson, G Brandon Linder, and DT Curtis Porter announced they will return to school for the 2013 season.
Henderson is the only real notable name of the group and finally generated some consistency during the 2012 season after a frustrating offseason. It remains to be seen if he plays the left or right side next year, but henderson has always had the talent to play in the NFL.

Miami junior Seantrel Henderson was listed as a co-starter at LT on the team's depth chart Monday.
Henderson is listed next to sophomore Malcolm Bunche, who started the Hurricanes first four games. Beat writers have been expecting Henderson to start for the past few weeks, but at right tackle, so this means that Miami could have two new starting tackles with Ben Jones on the right side and Henderson on the left.

Miami beat writer Jorge Millian expects junior Seantrel Henderson to start in place of either freshman Ereck Flowers or sophomore Malcolm Bunche Saturday against Georgia Tech.
"...if you are starting offensive tackles Ereck Flowers or Malcolm Bunche, it might be a good time to find a cozy spot on the bench," Millian writes. Henderson was ready to play last week against Bethune Cookman after an eventful offseason, but was held out. We expect Henderson to lock down the right tackle spot while Flowers and Bunch compete to start on the left side.
