Bills selected Florida State TE Nick O'Leary with the No. 194 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft.
O'Leary (6'3/252) was the 2014 Mackey Award winner as college football's top tight end, finishing his career with 114 catches for 1,591 yards (14.0 YPR) and 17 TDs. He was Jameis Winston's safety valve over the middle. O'Leary catches everything -- soft hands are his calling card -- but he is deficient from both a size and athleticism standpoint, measuring in with T-Rex arms (29 3/4") and running 4.93 with a 30 1/2-inch vertical at the Combine. O'Leary can still be a useful NFL possession target, likely as an H-back or No. 2 tight end. He could develop into a complement to Charles Clay. Sat, May 2, 2015 04:26:00 PM
