Tim Clark has twice finished runner-up at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial and is back for another crack this week.
Clark tied for second in back-to-back years in 2008 and 2009 and has six top 25s in eight starts to just one missed cut. With his course history established, the question then turns to current form. Though he missed the cut at THE PLAYERS, his T11 at the Masters at T24 at the RBC Heritage points to all systems being a go.

Tim Clark signed for a 3-under-par 34-34=68 in the third round of the RBC Heritage and enters the finale at 6-under 207.
Clark circled five birdies and squared two bogeys on his third lap around Harbour Town. The highlight of his afternoon came at the difficult par-3 14th when his tee shot came to rest 4'9" from the bottom of the cup for an eventual birdie. He will try and secure his third top 10, and first since the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship, in Sunday's final round.

Tim Clark posted a 3-under-par 32-36=68 in his opening round of the RBC Heritage, finishing three strokes adrift of the clubhouse lead.
The South African is coming off a spirited T11 at the Masters where he carded a field-low 67 in his third round. He hit 12 greens in regulation at Harbour Town today and rolle in five birdies, all from inside nine feet. Clark was the 10th on a growing list to sign for a 68.

Tim Clark turned in a 1-over-par 39-34=73 in the final round of the Masters to finish in a tie for 11th at 2-under 286 with John Huh, securing an invitation to the 2014 tournament.
Joining Clark inside the top 12 and punching tickets to Augusta National are Angel Cabrara, Adam Scott, Jason Day, Marc Leishman, Tiger Woods, Thorbjorn Olesen, Brandt Snedeker, Sergio Garcia, Lee Westwood, Matt Kuchar and Huh. Previously, the top 16 and ties have been exempt into the following year's Masters, but with the inclusion of the Fall Series winners into the field that number has been reduced to 12.
