Zach Johnson picked up his fifth top 10 in as many years in the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial with a final-round 4-under-par 32-34=66 in his title defense.
Johnson picked up five birdies, surrendering just one bogey, on his last lap around Colonial CC. He opened his round with back-to-back birdies, each inside five feet, then tacked on a third at the par-4 seventh from 11'8" before turning to the back nine bogey-free. He suffered his only bogey of the day with a three putt at the par-4 15th, but bounced back with a 10'6" birdie at 16 and an 18'5" birdie at 17 before parring the 18th to end his week at 12-under 268. With that, he leads in the clubhouse but is second in real time to Boo Weekley who has four holes to play. This is his first top 10 of the season. May 26 - 5:00 PM
