At 10-under-par 63-72-73-69=277, Rod Perry recorded a three-stroke victory at the PGA Professional National Championship at Sunriver (Ore.) Resort.
Sunriver's par-72 Crosswater Club and par-71 Meadows Course co-hosted the annual contest between PGA professionals. Perry opened bogey-free in his only round at Meadows and made it stand. As the medalist, he earns six exemptions on the 2013-14 PGA TOUR. He'll also lead 20 into Oak Hill for the PGA Championship in August. The trio at 1-over 288 survived a six-man playoff with Jason Schmuhl, Corey Prugh and Chris Black. Labritz holed out from the fairway for birdie on the second playoff hole to qualify for the major.
