There's no clear timetable for his return, but the veteran right-hander said that he hopes it's "not a six-week thing." The Pirates and fantasy owners are hoping the game, but it doesn't sound like he'll be back when he's first eligible. Jun 14
	2	Wandy Rodriguez D.L. Pirates manager Clint Hurdle said Monday that Wandy Rodriguez (forearm) "felt good" while throwing off the mound Monday. It's not clear what the next step will be, but it could be enough for the Pirates to send him out on a rehab start. Rodriguez has been sidelined since June 5 with left forearm tightness. Jun 17
	3	James McDonald D.L. James McDonald (shoulder) might be moved to the bullpen when he is activated from the disabled list. Gerrit Cole's promotion and Charlie Morton's return created a potential logjam in the Pittsburgh rotation and McDonald is probably going to have to be the odd man out. The 28-year-old righty owns a 5.76 ERA and 1.65 WHIP in 29 2/3 innings this season. He is on the 15-day DL currently because of inflammation in his shoulder. Jun 17
