Robinson Cano went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's loss to the White Sox.
Cano came through with a solo home run off White Sox starter Jose Quintana in the fourth inning, but the M's offense was lacking overall. That homer represented both their only run and their only extra-base hit. For the season, Cano is slashing .305/.360/.543 with 22 homers and 60 RBI over 383 at-bats. Last season saw the second baseman frigid cold early before he heated up late, but he has offered a much more consistent cook in 2016. Jul 20 - 1:53 AM
