Francisco was pulled from his minor league rehab assignment over the weekend due to soreness, but it's not a major concern. He'll rest for a couple of days before he resumes throwing. However, it's not clear when he'll be ready to return to game action.

Frank Francisco will visit the doctor after feeling soreness in his surgically-repaired right elbow Saturday.
Francisco had been pitching well on his minor league rehab assignment and was in line to be activated soon, but obviously his timetable will have to be pushed back. The Mets will reveal a revised plan for the reliever once the results of the doctor's exam are known.

Jenrry Mejia (elbow) racked up six strikeouts over three innings during his first minor league rehab start with High-A St. Lucie on Friday.
Mejia has been on the disabled list for the entire season with inflammation in his pitching elbow. He's likely to require a relatively lengthy rehab assignment, and shouldn't be expected to return to the Mets until early June. Should he secure a spot in the Mets rotation, he could carve out a decent amount of value in NL-only and deeper mixed leagues.

Collin McHugh was called up from Triple-A Las Vegas to fill the vacant bullpen spot. Atchison has been shut down for a week and prescribed anti-inflammatory medication. It's not clear when he might return.
