Izturis isn't walking or making contact this season, and you already know his swing is punchless. Toronto was hoping for more than a .218/.242/.331 slash line when they signed Izturis from the Angels over the winter to a three-year, $9 million deal and the Jays recently sat him in three of four games. Reyes had the walking boot on his left foot removed Tuesday and is evidently recovering a bit ahead of schedule, as he had been expected to sit out until around the All-Star break. 	2	Josh Johnson D.L. Josh Johnson (triceps) will make at least two more rehab starts. Johnson struck out five over three innings of one-run ball on Monday with High-A Dunedin. He's feeling good physically, but the right-hander obviously needs to build up his stamina. He'll rejoin the rotation in early June if he can avoid a setback. May 21

	5	J.A. Happ D.L. Blue Jays transferred LHP J.A. Happ from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list. Happ was hoping to make it back by mid-June, but he now won't be eligible to return until early July. The left-hander is coming back from a small fracture behind his left ear as well as a sprained right knee. May 24
	6	Dustin McGowan D.L. Dustin McGowan (shoulder) will continue his minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Buffalo. McGowan allowed one hit and one walk over two scoreless innings with High-A Dunedin and notched four strikeouts. The Blue Jays can't count on him given his lengthy injury history, but he could be an option to join the bullpen later this month if all goes well. May 17

	9	Kyle Drabek D.L. Kyle Drabek (elbow) expects to throw live batting practice in the next week or two. Drabek threw a bullpen session Monday in extended spring training. He's coming back from the second Tommy John surgery of his career, so the Blue Jays figure to take things slow, but he could be looking at a return around midseason if all goes well. May 8

Santos will be out until after the All-Star break following surgery to remove bone chips and spurs from his right elbow. May 19
	3	Darren Oliver D.L. Blue Jays placed LHP Darren Oliver on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 19. with a left shoulder strain. Oliver has been dealing with the ailment for 7-10 and hadn't appeared in a game in nearly a week. He shouldn't be out long, but the Jays have decided to play things safe. Toronto still has two lefties in the bullpen in Aaron Loup and Brett Cecil. May 24
