J.P. Arencibia clocked his second home run of the spring as part of a 2-for-2 effort Saturday in a win against the Blue Jays.
He launched a two-run blast off Brad Penny in the sixth inning and later doubled off Roberto Hernandez in the eighth. Arencibia has had a solid spring to this point, sitting .412 with three RBI. Whether that will be enough to crack the Phillies' Opening Day roster remains to be seen. He's battling Cameron Rupp for a backup job behind long-time starter Carlos Ruiz. Mar 12 - 4:10 PM
