Carlos Santana homered and doubled against the Rockies on Thursday.
Santana's two-run homer gave him 85 RBI, putting him just two shy of his career high of 85. Santana made his 13th start and 16th appearance at third base today. Unfortunately, he's going to fall just short of qualifying there to begin next year in 20-game eligibility leagues. Still, it will be interesting to see if the Phillies consider keeping him at the hot corner next year. He's a liability there, but it still might be a better arrangement to have him at third and Rhys Hoskins at first than Santana at first and Hoskins in left field. Sep 27 - 6:41 PM
