Jason Castro lost his arbitration hearing against the Astros and will make $5 million in 2016.
Castro requested $5.25 million when arbitration figures were exchanged last month, so it wasn't much of a difference, but the two sides were unable to avoid a hearing. The 28-year-old batted .211 with 11 homers and a .648 OPS over 104 games in 2015. He's going into his final year before free agency. Feb 9 - 1:32 PM
