Nicholas Castellanos went 1-for-4 in the Tigers' loss to the Brewers on Sunday.
Castellanos lined an opposite-field double, his 46th of the year, to right field in his final at-bat of the season against Brewers reliever Jordan Lyles in the eighth inning. The Tigers managed just seven hits and went 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position in their season finale. The 26-year-old outfielder was arguably the lone bright spot in an otherwise dismal year for Detroit. He posted a career-high .298 batting average with 88 runs scored, 23 homers, 89 RBI and two steals in 678 plate appearances. Sep 30 - 6:57 PM
