Clevenger was outrighted off the Mariners' 40-man roster earlier this week. The 30-year-old was limited to just 22 games this season due to hand and elbow injuries and finished the season on the restricted list after being suspended for making offensive statements on social media regarding the Black Lives Matter movement. S	1	Felix Hernandez 10-Day DL Mariners general manager Jerry Dipoto said Friday that Felix Hernandez (shoulder) is progressing and about two weeks away from a return. It would fall in line with the initial timetable of 3-4 weeks. It's unclear whether Hernandez has resumed a throwing program, but obviously he appears to be feeling better. The veteran right-hander is coming back from bursitis in his pitching shoulder. May 5
	2	Hisashi Iwakuma Sidelined Mariners manager Scott Servais said he expects Hisashi Iwakuma (knee) to make his next scheduled start. "I don't know yet, but I'm assuming he will be," Servais said. "He's tough. He's a grizzled veteran, and he'll take the ball if he can." Iwakuma took a hard comebacker off his left knee in the fifth inning of Wednesday's win over the Angels. He stayed in the game for the top of the sixth but was lifted after allowing three straight hits. The veteran right-hander is currently lined up to face the Phillies on the road next Tuesday. May 4
	3	James Paxton 10-Day DL Mariners placed LHP James Paxton on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to May 3, with a left forearm strain. Paxton apparently dealt with some soreness in each of his last two outings and again when he threw Thursday. The good news is it's a Grade 1 strain, and the hope is that he'll miss just two starts. Still, it's obviously a huge blow to the Mariners and Paxton's fantasy owners. It will be either Christian Bergman or Dillon Overton starting on Sunday. May 5
	4	Drew Smyly 60-Day DL Drew Smyly received a platelet rich plasma injection in his injured left elbow on Tuesday. Smyly was placed on the 60-day DL with a strained flexor tendon, knocking him out for at least the first two months of 2016. The hope is that he'll resume throwing in about six weeks. Waiver claim Evan Marshall has taken Smyly's place on the 40-man roster. Apr 5

	2	Steve Cishek 10-Day DL Steve Cishek (hip) threw a bullpen session in front of Mariners coaches on Tuesday at Safeco Field. He'll have a similar workout Thursday before heading back out on a minor league rehab assignment. Cishek has allowed two runs over four innings thus far between Double-A Arkansas and Triple-A Tacoma. He's working on some mechanical adjustments as he nears the end of his recovery from October hip surgery. May 2
