Carlos Correa singled in George Springer in the bottom of the 12th to give the Astros a 4-3 win over the Royals on Saturday.

Deetz was suspended 80 games back in January after testing positive for Dehydrochlormethyltestosterone, also known as Oral Turinabol. The 24-year-old right-hander will likely be stationed at Triple-A Fresno once he's activated. He posted a 4.25 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, and 97/50 K/BB ratio in 84 2/3 innings last season between Double-A Corpus Christi and Triple-A Fresno. Jun 12
