Thomas Costello and Michael Scearce (No. 2 crew members) have each been fined $15,000 and suspended for the next four Nationwide Series events.
Both are on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31. The violation: "Involved in an altercation with another competitor after the race had concluded." No. 2 driver Brian Scott and his crew chief, Phil Gould, are on probation until June 26 for the on-track altercation between the No. 2 and Nelson Piquet Jr.'s No. 30 at Richmond International Raceway.

Brian Scott had the best 10-lap consecutive average speed in the first practice for the Nationwide Series Toyota Care 250 at Richmond International Raceway.
His average of 121.320 mph in the No. 2 was best of the 31 cars that ran 10 consecutive laps on the track for this session. No. 54 Kyle Busch, No. 33 Kevin Harvick, No. 12 Sam Hornish Jr. and No. 77 Parker Kligerman were the rest of the top five on this list.
