The good DeMarcus Cousins showed up against the Clippers on Wednesday, shooting 14-of-24 from the field for 36 points with 22 boards, three assists and three blocks in 41 minutes.
It was a bumpy ride for Cousins all year and needless to say, he and coach Keith Smart won't be going on any offseason golf outings. Cousins had career highs in percentages with 46.2 percent from the field and 73.7 percent from the line, but his inconsistencies all season may have soured owners on drafting him next season.

DeMarcus Cousins did not get a technical foul in Monday's loss to the Thunder, which means he'll be allowed by the league to play in Wednesday's finale.
It's sort of pathetic that this is news, but that's the way Cousins rolls and he'll be ready to suit up on Wednesday night, assuming he doesn't tell Keith Smart to go kick rocks between now and then. Cousins did not play in the fourth quarter and saw just 25 minutes on his way to seven points, six boards, five turnovers and plenty of low-effort plays in the loss.

DeMarcus Cousins had the technical foul he was assessed on Sunday rescinded and he will play on Monday against the Thunder.
He avoided suspension after the technical was taken off the board, so he should be a safe play tonight as the Kings look to play spoiler against the Thunder.

DeMarcus Cousins was called for his 16th technical foul during Sunday's game, though the tech may be rescinded by the league.
If the call stands it would result in an automatic one-game suspension Monday vs. the Thunder. It didn't seem justified, however, and referee Violet Palmer reportedly apologized to Cousins for giving him the tech, so owners should absolutely check for updates on Monday. DMC finished tonight's defeat with just eight points, eight rebounds and three steals in 22 minutes, as Keith Smart went deep into his bench with the game out of reach.
