Kawhi Leonard admitted that the Spurs were "surprised" by Miami's small lineups in Game 4.
The Heat started Mike Miller over Udonis Haslem, who only logged 10 minutes, and the result was a series of mismatches vs. Tiago Splitter and the Spurs' big men. Splitter started but lasted under one minute before Gary Neal replaced him, and Boris Diaw made a rare start at center in the second half. Tim Duncan admitted that the Spurs need to tweak their gameplan heading into Game 5, which tips off Sunday at 8pm ET.

Coach Gregg Popovich gave Kawhi Leonard credit for holding LeBron James to 18 points in Game 1.
James averaged 26.8 points per game in the regular season and was averaging 26.1 points a night in Miami's first 16 playoff games. The athletic and long Leonard did a nice job, further solidifying his reputation as one of the game's premier wing defenders. "[Leonard] made him work," Pop said. "Nobody is going to stop LeBron James for all the reasons that we all know, but to try to make him work and maybe deny a catch here and there is important." Expect more aggression out of the James in Sunday's Game 2.

Kawhi Leonard has been invited to join Team USA in preparation for the 2014 FIBA World Cup, but his ailing knee makes his availability uncertain.
Leonard is dealing with quad tendinitis, or "jumper's knee," which he's been managing for the majority of the season. The injury hasn't slowed him down much in the playoffs (averaging 13.9 points and 7.9 rebounds, while playing strong defense) but it remains his foremost concern. "I've got to get my knee healthy this offseason," he said. "That's the most important thing for me this summer."

Kawhi Leonard is expected to be invited to Team USA's mini-camp.
Leonard is one of the only known invitees still playing in the postseason with San Antonio, and he'd be a very interesting player in the future for the Olympic squad if he catches the eye of the coaching staff. Leonard has been impressive during his first two seasons in the league and is primed to have a bright future ahead of him.
