Markieff Morris turned in his best line of his career on Monday with 20 points, seven boards, one assist, five steals, six blocks and two 3-pointers against the Rockets.
He shot 8-of-15 from the field and 2-of-2 from the line in a massive seven-category line. He is coming off a 20-point game on Saturday and averaged 2.5 triples in his last four games. He should be viewed as a must-start player against the fast-paced Nuggets on Wednesday.

Markieff Morris scored a team-high 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting vs. the Wolves, including three 3-pointers, but it wasn't enough to prevent another road loss.
Kieff also grabbed nine rebounds with three dimes, two steals and a block. He's been playing very well for the past few weeks, absorbing heavy minutes for his short-handed team. Forward-thinking fantasy owners should keep in mind that Channing Frye is still under contract, and Frye is "95 percent positive" that he'll play next year.

Markieff Morris made three 3-pointers in a loss to Houston on Tuesday, scoring 11 points with nine boards, three assists, one steal and two blocks in 28 minutes.
This is his second strong game in a row with an 18-point, two-triple game on Sunday. Morris was cold prior to this two-game outburst, so he'll be a risky pickup in most situations. He has upside, so he's worth a look.

Phoenix lost their eighth straight game at home on Sunday, despite a solid game from Markieff Morris -- 18 points, two 3s, five rebounds, one steal and one block in 36 minutes.
As noted by beat writer Paul Coro, the Suns have been atrocious for the past month -- they are committing 16.9 turnovers per game (second most in the league) while allowing their opponents to shoot 49.4 percent from the field, and the result has been the league's worst scoring differential at -11.5 per game. The Suns are piling up lottery ping-pong balls, and Lindsey Hunter's byword is 'development', so there's still a chance that Hunter will be named the team's permanent head coach this summer.

Channing Frye (heart) said he's "95 percent positive" he'll be healthy enough to return to the NBA next season.
Frye has missed the entire season after doctors discovered an enlarged heart during a routine stress exam. Frye admitted there's a chance he may never play again, but he's thinking about joining the Suns on the road in March and April to get used to traveling again. The sweet-shooting big man can't work out but says he takes 200 shots every other day and uses golf and yoga to help keep himself somewhat in shape. Frye has two years left on his contract after this one.
