Marquis Daniels played well on Friday, scoring 12 points on 5-of-12 shooting with eight rebounds, three assists and four steals in 34 minutes as the Celtics lost to the Hawks.
The Celtics rested most of their starters in this one which is why Daniels received some extra run off the bench. He won't have any fantasy value unless the Celtics key players continue to miss time.

Marquis Daniels started the second half of Friday's game after Mickael Pietrus' head injury, and finished with six points on 2-of-4 shooting and three rebounds in 20 minutes.
These numbers aren't sending anybody to the waiver wire, but if Ray Allen (ankle) misses anymore time then Daniels will be the next man up. Even if Allen does play, those in deep leagues will want to track Daniels to see if he can produce in a bench role. The Celtics will need him to, but it's anybody's guess if he can.

A buyout "remains a possibility" for Marquis Daniels, but only if Daniels would like to play elsewhere.
The seldom-used swingman was brought back on a one-year deal in the offseason, but he's not a consistent part of the rotation and may seek to play elsewhere. He'll remain with the Celtics for the time being.

Keyon Dooling (illness) did not practice on Friday and is questionable to play in Game 7 against the Sixers on Saturday.
Dooling would be in line for more minutes with Avery Bradley's (shoulder) surgery forcing Ray Allen into the starting five, but the veteran point guard is not a lock to play in Game 7 against Philly. We'll have an update on his status when one becomes available.

Avery Bradley (shoulder) will undergo surgery on Friday.
Bradley is expected to need four months of rehab after surgery, so he should be ready to go before next season begins. It's a brutal way for Bradley's season to end after he played through pain, and the Celtics will certainly miss his on-ball defense in the postseason. Ray Allen and Mickael Pietrus will both be thrust into bigger roles with Bradley sidelined.
