Tom Brady dismissed the idea of going out on top and retiring after the Patriots' Super Bowl win.
"No. I've got a lot of football left," Brady insisted. He'll be 38 before next season, but Brady is still playing at a high level. He's no longer an adept downfield thrower, but Brady remains one of the elite quarterbacks in the league before the snap of the ball and in the short to intermediate passing games. As long as he and Rob Gronkowski are healthy, "Tom Terrific" is a mid-range to high-end fantasy QB1.

Tom Brady completed 37-of-50 passes for 328 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions and earned game MVP honors as the Patriots downed the Seahawks 28-24 in Super Bowl XLIX.
Brady got off to a slow start as Seahawks slot CB Jeremy Lane intercepted him to end a promising, 13-play opening-game drive. Lane fractured his wrist on the return and the Patriots capitalized, attacking replacement Tharold Simon relentlessly. Both Brandon LaFell and Julian Edelman scored red-zone TDs in Simon's coverage. Brady's score to Edelman vaulted him past Joe Montana for most touchdown passes thrown in Super Bowl history (13). Brady also set the all-time record for completions (37) in a Super Bowl. Under contract through 2017, Tom Terrific will be 38 years old next season. He's a mid-range to high-end fantasy QB1 whenever Rob Gronkowski is healthy.

Tom Brady has dealt with a cold for the last few days but never missed practice.
Tommy has a case of the sniffles and will also have to use a fully inflated football against the Seahawks Sunday. We're not sure how he'll survive these dual obstacles.

LeGarrette Blount is allowed to participate in all offseason practices and preseason games before his suspension.
Blount's one-game suspension for a marijuana charge isn't a big deal. He still has a hold on New England's big back duties, a role he seized last season and rode through the Super Bowl. In eight games as a Patriot last year (including playoffs), Blount averaged 13.3 carries per day. We can still project him around 190-210 carries this season despite the short ban.
