Seattle signed Farwell off the street last October and he immediately made an impact on special teams. He won't he adding much to the linebacker corps.

Seahawks signed LB Heath Farwell, formerly of the Vikings.
Farwell, 29, was once one of the top special teamers in football, but he hasn't been the same in recent seasons due to injuries. In Seattle, Farwell will cover kickoffs and punts and step in as the team's No. 5 or 6 linebacker.

Vikings re-signed LB Heath Farwell to a three-year, $7.75 million contract with $3.25 million in guarantees.
Farwell took to the open market searching for a team willing to let him play defense, but nothing surfaced after feelers in Cleveland and New England. He figures to return in the same special teams/backup linebacker role in which he's played in the past. Farwell says his knee is 100 percent after tearing his ACL last August.

Vikings GM Rick Spielman revealed Friday that he's made a "significant offer" to retain free agent LB Heath Farwell.
Farwell, who's drawn interest from the Browns and Patriots, is looking for a team willing to let him play defense. None of the above are great fits.

Percy Harvin said Tuesday that he hasn't had a migraine headache in two years.
Harvin is often criticized for an inability to stay healthy, but before his 2012 ankle injury he had missed just three games in three NFL seasons. Since getting diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2010, he's been able to avoid the severe headaches that had plagued him all the way back to his University of Florida days. "Been fully healthy from that aspect so everything's been good," Harvin said. "I'm going to knock on wood that nothing resurfaces but it's been all great."

The Seattle Times doesn't envision the Seahawks cutting TE Zach Miller.
We don't, either. Miller has a mammoth cap number for 2013 as he's due a $6.8 million salary and a $3 million roster bonus, but he was finally starting to come on in the latter stages of the 2012 season, capping it off with an eight-catch, 142-yard, one-score Divisional Round playoff game outburst against the Falcons. He should be in line for a bigger role on offense this coming season.
