Broncos waived P A.J. Trapasso and LB Korey Bosworth.
Trapasso, a former Ray Guy Award semifinalist at Ohio State, had an eventful preseason last year but never kicked in a regular season game. Bosworth, undrafted out of UCLA, is the nephew of former Seahawks sensation and movie star wannabe Brian "The Boz" Bosworth.

Broncos signed P A.J. Trapasso to a reserve/future contract.
Trapasso had an exciting preseason, punting a ball into the "Jerry-tron" in Dallas and scoring a 40-yard TD on a fake. But it's a bad sign that Trapasso wasn't retained by the Titans after spending most of the season on their practice squad. Tennessee is likely to lose Craig Hentrich in free agency.

Jets claimed P A.J. Trapasso off waivers from the Titans.
Trapasso had an eventful August, with a 40-yard touchdown run to kick off preseason action and the infamous punt into the "Jerry-tron" in Dallas. He averaged just 40.5 yards on 16 punts, so it's not clear that he's an upgrade on Reggie Hodges.

Updating a previous item, Knowshon Moreno (knee surgery) has not been medically cleared for Broncos OTAs.
With Willis McGahee a no-show and Moreno still hobbled, second-round pick Montee Ball will soak up first-team reps during the Organized Team Activities. Moreno is at Denver's Dove Valley facility, but he's not practicing. He's likely to be healed by training camp, but projects as a third-stringer this year.
