Cecil Shorts will train at Larry Fitzgerald's offseason camp later this summer.

Fitzgerald's camp has become "legendary" for producing breakout years from wide receivers. We've seen it happen with Greg Jennings, Sidney Rice, Dwayne Bowe, and Eric Decker, among others. Shorts has already added seven pounds, upping his weight from 195 to 202 in hopes of becoming more effective versus press coverage. Shorts should be viewed as a WR3 with upside in fantasy drafts.
