Draymond Green (right shoulder soreness) and Andre Iguodala (calf) will not suit up for Wednesday's game in Chicago.
Green said his shoulder feels fine, so we'd expect him to get back out there for Saturday's game in Houston. With both Green and Iguodala watching from the sidelines on Wednesday, Jordan Bell will draw the start and there will be more minutes available for guys like David West, Omri Casspi and Nick Young. Stephen Curry (ankle) will start Saturday vs. the Raptors.

Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green and Zaza Pachulia will join Curry in the starting five tonight, and there's been no word on a minutes limit, so owners can feel free to throw him out there for tonight's game. With Curry back in the starting five, Patrick McCaw will return to the bench, and he'll lose most his appeal with the Dubs' stars all healthy.
Jan 13 - 6:55 PM

Stephen Curry (knee), Draymond Green (knee) and Andre Iguodala (hip, knee) will be available to play Monday vs. the Nuggets.

All these guys were being listed as probable, so it's safe to assume that they'll all be out there tonight. Curry and Green should see a slight uptick in usage with Kevin Durant (calf) watching from the sidelines, while Iguodala will have another opportunity to start.
Jan 8 - 3:20 PM

Jordan Bell had four points, five assists, two rebounds, two steals and one block in 26 minutes as the Warriors defeated the visiting Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Without Draymond Green (shoulder) and Zaza Pachulia (shoulder), Bell again faced minimal competition for playing time. He may not help fantasy owners once those guys are both healthy, but his upside is glaringly obvious. On a per-36-minute basis, the second-round pick is averaging 13.1 points, 9.1 boards, 4.1 assists, 1.7 steals and 3.3 blocks. Dynasty owners, take note.

Zaza Pachulia (shoulder) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Trail Blazers.

This will be Pachulia's second straight game on the sidelines after aggravating the shoulder injury in a five-minute stint on Wednesday, and for now we'll be considering him questionable for Thursday's game against the Mavericks. JaVale McGee typically starts against more traditional frontcourts, but with Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) out for Portland, they might go small which could result in Jordan Bell earning the starting nod. Draymond Green also figures to log heavy minutes tonight.

Stephen Curry (right hand contusion), Kevin Durant (ankle) and Draymond Green (foot) are being listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Kings.

None of these guys are dealing with a significant injury, but with a matchup against the 5-14 Kings, head coach Steve Kerr could elect to give his stars the night off. If all these guys are out, we'll likely see Shaun Livingston, Omri Casspi and Jordan Bell move into the starting group, and Bell would make for a very attractive DFS target after going off in his previous start. Stay tuned.
Sun, Nov 26, 2017 03:49:00 PM

Kevin Durant (ankle) said he felt good after going through shootaround and that he plans to play Wednesday vs. the Thunder.

KD showed up at Chesapeake Energy Arena 45 minutes prior to shootaround to get in some on-court work and was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, so he's essentially a lock to play tonight. With Durant back in the fold, Omri Casspi will head back to the bench and there won't be quite as many shots to go around for Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.
Wed, Nov 22, 2017 01:15:00 PM

Stephen Curry (thigh) is probable to play Thursday vs. the Celtics.

Curry got in a full practice on Tuesday and looked fine, so it's should only be a one-game absence for the two-time MVP with this minor thigh issue. With Curry back in action, Shaun Livingston will shift back to the second unit, and the usage of Draymond Green and Klay Thompson will take a minor hit.
Tue, Nov 14, 2017 03:10:00 PM

Stephen Curry (right thigh contusion) is "very, very, very unlikely to play" Monday vs. the Magic, according to Warriors' Insider Monte Poole.

The Dubs are so stacked that they can afford to have their stars take a night off here and there without significantly diminishing their chances of pulling off a win, and with Curry not making it through shootaround and Golden State calling up Quinn Cook from the G-League, it's looking like the two-time MVP will be watching from the sidelines tonight. Shaun Livingston will draw the start if Curry sits, and guys like Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green will see an uptick in usage.
Mon, Nov 13, 2017 02:49:00 PM

Stephen Curry hit 7-of-15 shots, 2-of-10 3-pointers and 13-of-13 free throws on his way to 29 points, two rebounds, eight assists, four steals and six turnovers in Monday's 133-103 win over the Mavericks.

Just another day at the office for Curry, although the six TOs were a season high, as were the four steals. After two early losses this season the Warriors needed a game like this to get back on track. Draymond Green flirted with a low-scoring triple-double, Kevin Durant had 25-8-6 and Klay Thompson added 21 points with three 3-pointers in the easy win. They'll try to build a winning streak when they host the Raptors on Wednesday.
Mon, Oct 23, 2017 11:49:00 PM

James Michael McAdoo will start Wednesday's game with Draymond Green resting.

McAdoo had eight points, four boards and a few defensive stats the last time Green rested, which is a reasonable expectation for tonight's game.
Wed, Apr 12, 2017 09:59:00 PM

Klay Thompson will rest on Monday vs. the Jazz.

He's played a lot of minutes for the Dubs this season, so he'll get a much deserved night off. With Thompson on the sidelines, Stephen Curry (knee), Kevin Durant and Draymond Green will all see a slight uptick in usage, and Patrick McCaw will likely find his way back into the starting five. Ian Clark should also see some increased minutes sans Thompson.
Mon, Apr 10, 2017 01:59:00 PM

Klay Thompson (rest), Draymond Green (rest), Stephen Curry (rest) and Andre Iguodala (rest) will all return to action for Tuesday's game against the 76ers.

All these guys were rested on Saturday night, but they'll be back on the floor without any restrictions for Tuesday's matchup with the 76ers, so feel free to get them active. Shaun Livingston and Kevon Looney will head back to the bench, and neither of those guys can be considered viable targets in most leagues.
Tue, Mar 14, 2017 04:11:00 PM

Steve Kerr said he will not be resting any of his main guys for Monday's game against the Hawks.

That means that Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala owners can feel free to get those guys active. Kerr did say, however, that he'll have to consider resting some of his studs over the next few games, and the Friday-Saturday back-to-back set looks like a safe bet to expect a random rest day.

Patrick McCaw started the second half of Tuesday's game after Kevin Durant left with a knee injury just two minutes in and finished with eight points, two rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer in 24 minutes.

If Durant is going to miss time here, reserves like McCaw, Ian Clark, Shaun Livingston and Andre Iguodala are all going to get extra opportunities, but the bulk of slack should be picked up by starters like Draymond Green, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, while Iguodala might be the best player to target in a waiver-wire pickup. We're not saying that Durant is going to miss an extended period of time, but his knee injury didn't look great on TV and the Warriors are being very quiet about his status. Stay tuned.
Tue, Feb 28, 2017 10:19:00 PM

Zaza Pachulia (rotator cuff) did not practice on Monday and he's doubtful to play Wednesday vs. the Bulls.

JaVale McGee has been starting with Pachulia on the sidelines, but he's only averaging minutes in the teens, and hasn't done anything all that impressive in his previous three starts. Instead, the Dubs have gone to more small-ball lineups featuring a Kevin Durant, Draymond Green frontcourt with Andre Iguodala seeing extended minutes off the bench. Iguodala could be worth a look in deep leagues, but he's not doing enough to deserve a standard league roster spot.
Mon, Feb 6, 2017 03:59:00 PM

Patrick McCaw started the second half of Saturday's game vs. the Kings in place of Draymond Green (knee).

Green has been diagnosed with a right knee contusion and is questionable to return, but McCaw isn't worth a pickup outside of very deep leagues just yet. In addition to McCaw, KeVon Looney will likely also benefit if Green needs to miss time. In two previous starts this season, McCaw averaged 5.5 points, 3.0 assists, 2.0 rebounds, 1.0 steal and 1.5 triples.

James Michael McAdoo played 17 minutes off the bench and hit 5-of-6 shots for 10 points, nine rebounds and a block in Thursday's win.

With Draymond Green (shoulder) out for precautionary reasons, McAdoo saw some meaningful run tonight and came through. Kevon Looney came off the bench, as Patrick McCaw started, and had just four points and three rebounds in 13 minutes, while Ian Clark had 11 points and four assists in 21 minutes. Any time the Warriors rest one of their studs, someone off the Warriors bench will see a boost. But it's impossible to predict who it will be and the smart money is on veteran Andre Iguodala, who had 13 points, four boards, four assists, three steals and three 3-pointers in 30 minutes off the bench.
Fri, Feb 3, 2017 01:39:00 AM

Andre Iguodala played 30 minutes off the bench and hit 5-of-9 shots and three 3-pointers for 13 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals in Thursday's 133-120 win over the Clippers.

Draymond Green (shoulder) was out for precautionary reasons and while Patrick McCaw started, Iguodala was the main beneficiary of Green's absence tonight. Iguodala's not a great guy to own in season-long leagues, but any time Green, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson or Kevin Durant are taking a night of rest, it's a decent bet that Iguodala will shine.
Fri, Feb 3, 2017 01:32:00 AM

Patrick McCaw made his second NBA start on Thursday and hit 3-of-7 shots and two 3-pointers for eight points, six assists and two steals in 28 minutes.

The Warriors were very secretive about their starting lineup after announcing that Draymond Green would miss this game, and McCaw ended up winning the 'start lottery.' He hit just 1-of-10 shots in his last start, but kicked tonight off with two 3-pointers. Green was out for precautionary reasons with a sore shoulder, but isn't going to miss time. McCaw could be in line for a few more random starts as the Warriors rest their studs occasionally down the stretch, but there's no reason to pick him up at this point.
Fri, Feb 3, 2017 01:28:00 AM

Stephen Curry hit 11-of-23 shots and 3-of-10 3-pointers for 29 points, three rebounds, 11 assists and three steals in 37 minutes of Thursday's 133-120 win over the Clippers.

The Warriors have now won 16 of their last 18 games and while this was a far cry from Wednesday's 39-point explosion for Curry, he's still crushing it on a nightly basis. The Warriors have beaten the Rockets seven straight times, while owners of the "Big 4" have to be wary of guys getting nights off as the Warriors ramp up for a long playoff run. Draymond Green got the night off with a shoulder injury, but it was deemed "precautionary" by the team.
