Bucs hired Ron Turner as QBs coach.
The move has been in the works for weeks, but didn't become official until Tuesday. The Colts QBs coach in 2011, Turner also oversaw the stalled development of both Kyle Orton and Rex Grossman as the Bears' offensive coordinator from 2005-09. His hiring isn't any sort of boon for Josh Freeman.

Bucs hired Bob Bostad as offensive line coach.
Hired as the University of Pittsburgh's offensive coordinator in January, Bostad was with Wisconsin from 2006-11, where he coached the offensive line and coordinated the Badgers' explosive running game. He has never coached in the NFL. Greg Schiano will be leaning heavily on assistants who have primarily coached at the college level during his first season as an NFL head coach.

Bucs hired former Giants QBs coach Mike Sullivan as offensive coordinator.
Sullivan is not a particularly well known NFL assistant, but he certainly made himself more interesting as the position coach during Eli Manning's best season. In Tampa Bay, Sullivan inherits a good deal of talent. Josh Freeman, who just turned 24, can expect top-notch tutoring. Mike Williams, 25 in May, projects as a strong long-term NFL No. 2 receiver if he keeps his head on straight. LeGarrette Blount could be Sullivan's version of Brandon Jacobs. Expect a vertical passing game and power rushing attack, like the system Kevin Gilbride runs in New York. Sullivan has learned under Gilbride since 2004.

The Bucs are interviewing Giants QBs coach Mike Sullivan for their offensive coordinator vacancy on Friday.
Sullivan's pedigree improved during Eli Manning's career season in 2011. The Giants' quarterbacks coach for the past two seasons, Sullivan spent the previous six years coaching Giants wide receivers. The Buccaneers have had trouble filling both of their coordinator jobs (offensive and defensive) this winter.
