Center is the scarcest of all positions in fantasy hoops so make sure you get a Top 10 player in your draft.
Power forwards tend to excel in scoring, rebounding and field goal percentage. And the ones that add shot blocks and free throw shooting to the mix will usually return first-round value.
Small forward might be the deepest position in fantasy hoops, LeBron is the cream of the crop, but there are 30-plus other SFs out there who are draft-worthy.
Shooting guards are plentiful and generally known as strong free throw shooters who excel at 3-point shooting and steals, while struggling with field goal percentage.
Point guard might be the most important position in fantasy with today's "small ball" trend and Chris Paul was the fantasy MVP last season.
