Bobby Zamora has scored some huge goals for QPR but he may be deprived of an encore as a hip injury may keep him from playing at the Etihad in Week 36.
It was Bobby Zamora's goal that rocketed QPR back into the Premier League as they were teetering on the brink of financial ruin. Despite speculation that he might retire on that note, Zamora stayed on at Loftus Road and contributed to the Rs attempts to stay up for a second consecutive season in the Premier League. Injury has left him at the periphery of the squad for much of the season but he has still managed to contribute occasionally. That is unlikely to be the case this weekend with a hip injury plaguing the forward but you never want to rule him out after some of the highlights he has produced in his time at the club. Bobby Zamora is struggling to get fit for QPR's clash against Liverpool this weekend.

It's very unlikely that Zamora will make this weekend's match so you should avoid him in all fantasy formats. QPR are huge underdogs in this match and there is really no value to be found there. Focus on Liverpool's attack or find another match to look for value.

QPR were well beaten on Monday night at Goodison Park but Bobby Zamora scored his first of the season in the 3-1 loss.

It would have been more romantic if Bobby Zamora's last kick for QPR or even as a professional had been the goal that put the Rs back in the Premier League and saved them from financial ruin. It didn't turn out that way and the injury-prone forward continued as a reserve this season and he finally scored his next goal late on in the 3-1 loss at Goodison Park. The victims of two deflected shots and a poor Robert Green cross QPR will remain in the relegation zone heading into Week 17 after climbing out briefly following Week 15.

Bobby Zamora's 90th minute goal was enough to send Queens Park Rangers back into the Premier League with a playoff win over Derby County.

The veteran forward has likely played his last match for QPR but his final kick was a huge one for a club on the financial brink. Down and man and likely headed to extra time, Zamora's goal propels Harry Redknapp's men back to the Premier League where they will have a chance to get their spending under control without going into administration. This was Zamora's second play-off winner following his 2005 goal that sent West Ham United into the Premier League.
