Adlene Guedioura put a screamer into the top corner of the net to give Watford a 2-0 lead and ultimately go through to the FA Cup semi-finals with a 2-1 win.
As usual this season for the Hornets, Odion Ighalo opened the scoring. The Nigerian forward controlled a ball in to his feet and rounded Gabriel who never looked like he had a chance to body Ighalo off of what he intended to do. David Ospina had no chance. Watford's second goal came from a long ball into the box that was held up and served back to an on-rushing Guedioura who had plenty of time to line it up and slam it into the top corner of Ospina's goal with the Arsenal keeper again helpless. Danny Welbeck pulled one back late but it was too little too late for Arsenal to continue their march to a third straight FA Cup title. Mar 13 - 2:16 PM

Adlene Guedioura is facing up to two months out after puncturing his lung and breaking two ribs in Crystal Palace’s 2-0 defeat at West Bromwich Albion.

It looked like a nasty injury on television and the proof is in the extent of the damage done to Guedioura. The attacking midfielder has started the past few games for Palace and had played reasonable well, but he is now out until the Christmas period.

Crystal Palace remain on three points and bottom of the league after suffering a 2-0 loss on their travels to West Bromwich Albion, and lose midfielder Adlene Guedioura to injury in the process.

Palace continue to look overmatched in the top flight, especially in their ability to mount an attack. Morale was tested early when Guedioura collided with West Brom keeper Boaz Myhill, and needed to be stretchered off on 22 minutes with what appeared to be a nasty rib injury. Palace remain off limits for fantasy purposes as they host Everton next week.
