Manchester City ended their tour of Scotland with a 2-1 victory over Hearts at Tynecastle, whilte a Newcastle XI were defeated.
Do not adjust your screen - Scott Sinclair still plays for Manchester City. The winger's move from Swansea to the Etihad in 2012 has been an unmitigated disaster and last season's loan spell at West Brom wasn't much better. However, the 25-year-old was given a run out by Manuel Pellegrini against Hearts and scored the opening goal, with Aleksandar Kolarov netting from the penalty spot. Jul 20 - 4:31 AM

Scott Sinclair has missed the last six matches but may factor in to Steve Clarke's plans for Week 12.

If Sinclair does come back to action in Week 12 it is likely that any participation will be as a substitute. Sinclair originally moved to West Brom hoping to revive his career after an ill-considered (but probably very lucrative) move to Manchester City that saw him play very little. Unfortunately due to injury and competition for places, he hasn't had a much better run of things at the Hawthorns. With the congested holiday fixture schedule coming up, he may have an opportunity to get some playing time and stake a claim to a regular role.

Winger Scott Sinclair has been ruled out of West Brom's match at Liverpool this weekend.

Sinclair was expected back after the international break, but manager Steve Clarke said that he will continue to be held out, "as you have to take precautions with muscle injuries." West Brom don't miss Sinclair as much as they might have thanks to the emergence of youngster Saido Berahino.

Scott Sinclair has been ruled out for West Brom's Week 7 match with Arsenal with a hamstring issue. He should be healthy for Week 8 after the international break.

In recent years Arsenal have struggled to defend two kinds of players - powerful center forwards and speedy wingers. West Brom will be missing one of these two ingredients this weekend as they face the Gunners due to Scott Sinclair's hamstring injury. Between Arsenal's form and the play of Morgan Amalfitano, it may not matter much how healthy Scott Sinclair is but his hamstring issue certainly puts the issue to rest.

West Brom have signed winger Scott Sinclair from Manchester City on a season-long loan deal.

Unsurprisingly, Scott Sinclair's move to Manchester City did not work out. With Jesus Navas, Stevan Jovatic, and Alvaro Negredo joining Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, David Silva and Samir Nasri the winger was never going to get pitch-time this season so it was imperative that he moved on. Therefore this is a great deal for the player and West Brom. Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair is set to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms with West Brom within the next 24 hours, according to Sky Sports.

With the list of players in front of him prohibitive, Scott Sinclair and West Brom are planning to meet to discuss a move the the Hawthorns.

Sinclair has been linked to a number of clubs over the course of the summer including West Brom and Stoke City. With the summer drawing to a close and teams returning from summer tours it is time to get down to business and work on a future home for Mr. Sinclair. West Brom would be a solid destination as he presents a change of pace from either Nicholas Anelka or Shane Long. A trio of those three players would be a solid way to enter the season.

Scott Sinclair is likely surplus to requirements at Manchester City and could find a home at Stoke City.

Stoke need a left-winger to challenge (or replace) Matt Etherington, and with Brek Shea injured again, they're likely stepping up their interest in Sinclair. He was linked with a loan move to West Brom, but City are more likely to sell.

West Brom do love a loan move for a good forward and Scott Sinclair's name has been mentioned as possibly moving to The Hawthorns for the season.

Scott Sinclair's move to Manchester City didn't really work out last year. With Jesus Navas, Stevan Jovatic, and Alvaro Negredo joining Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, David Silva and Samir Nasri it doesn't seem likely that this season will be any better for the midfielder. A move to West Brom to build his value back up could be just the thing for Sinclair (who needs to move), City (who would like to up his value), and the Baggies (who need goals). This one would be a win all around if it happens.

Scott Sinclair is set to be given a lifeline by new Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini, who has arranged crunch talks with a clutch of players.

Sinclair had a disastrous first season at Manchester City, starting just 3 games in all competitions after his £6million move from Swansea, and many expected the young winger to leave the club this summer. However, The Sun suggest that Pellegrini is determined to get the best out of fringe players such as Sinclair, who has never been given regular action but has impressed the club’s top brass with his attitude. The new boss also wants discussions with Carlos Tevez and Gareth Barry, who have 12 months to run on their contracts.
