Ole Miss receiver Dexter McCluster continued his dominance of opposing defenses, rushing the ball for 148 yards against LSU. He also played a little receiver as well, catching three passes for 18 yards; but now McCluster has added passing to his arsenal of weapons, a 27 yard touchdown strike to Shay Hodge.

McCulster has been one of the most dangerous weapons in all of college football this year, and he will surely be missed by fantasy owners in 2010. One game remains on the schedule for McCluster, a rivalry match with Mississippi State and a game in which he's sure to rack up the fantasy points.

Wide receiver Dexter McCluster broke two Ole Miss records in the Rebels huge win over Tennessee: both the single-game rushing record and the single-game record for all-purpose yards. McCluster posted an eye popping 282 yards rushing with four touchdowns, and added to that 42 yards receiving for 324 all-purpose yards.

In the last three games he's started McCluster has totaled 591 yards rushing with  five touchdowns, and 92 yards receiving with a score.

In a move that probably wrecked many a fantasy roster Ole Miss limited wide receiver Dexter McCluster's role in their game against Northern Arizona to prepare him for their upcoming three-game stretch (Tennessee, LSU, Mississippi State). McCluster didn't have a single touch in the game.

In McCluster's absence receiver Shay Hodge set a career-high mark of 169 yards receiving and he scored twice. McCluster will be back in action next week against Tennessee's 16h ranked defense.

For the second consecutive week Ole Miss receiver Dexter McCluster led the Rebels in rushing. McCluster carried 22 times against Auburn, and responded with 186 yards and touchdown.

McCluster matched this carry total of last week against Arkansas and ran for 123 yards, but also added 137 yards receiving. If McCluster remains in this role next week against Northern Arizona, it may be a day that fantasy owners tell their grandkids about.

Setting career-highs in both rushing and receiving, Ole Miss receiver Dexter McCluster carried 22 times for 137 yards, and added to that seven receptions for 137 yards and a touchdown.

McCluster's carries included both the Wild Rebel formation as well as him lining up as a running back, which we also saw coach Houston Nutt do in the game against South Carolina. Dexter is no doubt the playmaker in this offense, and the Rebels will continue to get the ball in his hands as much as possible.

Despite battling the flu over a week ago, Ole Miss wide receiver Dexter McCluster is expected to play against Southeastern Louisiana this Saturday.

Owners should be aware that last-minute lineup changes are not rare in the college game, especially in games that are apparent mismatches. We feel comfortable recommending McCluster, though pay attention for any late-breaking reports.

Ole Miss wide receiver Dexter McCluster spent Tuesday night in the hospital trying to fend off the flu, as the Ole Miss football program continues to be hammered by the illness.

McCluster returned home and sat out Wednesday's practice. It's too early to make a recommendation on his fantasy status for Saturday.

Ole Miss WR/RB/QB Dexter McCluster put on quite a performance once again for the Rebels. McCluster caught a late fourth quarter touchdown to finish his day with six receptions for 65 yards and a score in the receiving department. He also lined up as quarterback in the "Wild Rebel" formation and received a couple handoffs from Snead. He tallied 50 yards and a touchdown on those nine carries.

Houston Nutt will probably spend the bye week for Ole Miss inventing another package of plays to get the ball in McCluster's hands. Fantasy owners of Dexter McCluster have got to be licking their chops at the week three match up against Southeastern Louisiana University.

"(The accident) shook me up pretty bad," said Mississippi wide receiver Dexter McCluster. "But me and Greg were able to get out safely. Thank God for that. I'm just happy to be here. I'm just glad I'm able to come in here and work out with the team to get ready for the upcoming season."

McCluster escaped the accident that left defensive end Greg Hardy's car burned to the ground with only minor bumps and bruises. We are glad to see the pair was not seriously injured.

McCluster was uninjured. Hardy, however, aggravated his surgically repaired right foot and will wear a walking boot for the next 10 days.

Ole Miss wide receiver Dexter McCluster missed Saturday's scrimmage due to an ankle sprain.

McCluster is expected back at practice this week and the injury shouldn't cause fantasy owners any concern.

Helping the Rebels shock the football world today in the Rebels' win over Florida, Junior wide reciever Dexter McCluster played every role possible. McCluster carried 11 times for 60 yards and a score, caught two balls for 17 yards, and even threw a pass (although it was incomplete).

Much like Houston Nutt did with Darren McFadden the offense will be centered around the talent of Dexter McCluster, and Nutt will do whatever it takes to get the ball in his hands as much as possible.
