Chiefs signed Tennessee QB Tyler Bray.
Bray (6-6, 232) had the best arm among all draft-eligible quarterbacks. But 11 quarterbacks heard their name called over the last three days, and Bray wasn't among them. He has a tendency to tank under pressure, was injury prone despite being a three-year starter at Tennessee, has major accuracy concerns, and offers an off-field track record not dissimilar from Ryan Mallett's. Bray remains highly intriguing because of his ideal build and ability to drive the ball with velocity and power. Bray might have more long-term upside than Alex Smith's current backup, Chase Daniel. Tennessee QB Tyler Bray recently worked out for the Titans.

We aren't sure if the Titans actually have legitimate interest, or if they felt compelled to put Bray through a workout due to proximity. The Vol quarterback should sit for a few years and develop his footwork and decision making.

Steelers beat writer Gerry Dulac notes the team believes Tennessee QB Tyler Bray "is the most-talented quarterback in the draft."

Dulac adds other teams feel the same. "Because of his maturity level and need for development, Bray could go anywhere from the second to fourth round in the draft," he writes. "But nobody questions his skills or ability to make any throw on the field." The Vol quarterback does not have the same mobility as Ben Roethlisberger, which could drastically change the effectiveness of the Steelers' offense.

NFL Films' Greg Cosell mentioned he has been told that Tennessee QB Tyler Bray's arm weakened as the 2012 season progressed.

The issue is notable, but Bray has added a considerable amount of mass to his frame during the process. Many consider bray's "arm talent" to be the best in this draft, however those same evaluators seem to question his willingness to refine his game. We wouldn't be surprised to see Bray selected on the second day.

Tennessee QB Tyler Bray is visiting the Eagles on Tuesday.

During his time at Oregon, Chip Kelly started quarterbacks with some kind of mobility. That is not Tyler Bray, but we think Kelly will mold his gameplans around certain signal callers. Some consider Bray the most naturally talented passer in this class in terms of velocity and vertical touch. Footwork is a huge issue, however. Bray has also visited the Steelers, Bills, and Bengals.

The Bills put Tyler Bray throughout a private workout on Saturday.

Bray was able to throw to his contingent of receivers from Tennessee. CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora previously tweeted that he was "intrigued" by the workout, since the Bills have been linked to Geno Smith and Ryan Nassib more than any other quarterbacks. This might lead some to believe that Bray could be their third option.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora is "intrigued" by Tennessee QB Tyler Bray's upcoming workout with the Bills on Saturday.

La Canfora mentioned that he doesn't "go too crazy about draft visits/meetings," but singled this one out specifically. We are interested as well, since Bray likely won't be among the quarterbacks selected in the top two rounds. Our best guess is that he is the backup plan if the Bills miss out on Geno Smith and Ryan Nassib.

Scouts Inc.'s Todd McShay singled out Tennessee's Tyler Bray as the QB prospect with the most upside.

Bray didn't make McShay's top five players at the position. "This guy has got the best overall arm talent in this year's class," McShay said. "He's able to drive the ball downfield, hit the deep out throw with great velocity, he can go off platform, he can beat the blitz with his arm, and when he is right mentally, I think he could be the most talented overall quarterback." The final point is the biggest question for McShay, who made it a point to discuss Bray's problems between the ears.

The Pittsburgh Steelers reportedly took Tennessee QB Tyler Bray out to dinner prior to his pro day workout.

We are guessing the meal took place Tuesday night. It would be an interesting fit, as the Steelers offensive line has been known to put their quarterback under heavy pressure. Bray is certainly not as mobile as Roethlisberger, but his downfield arm is outstanding.

NFL Films' Greg Cosell believes Tennessee QB Tyler Bray has the best "arm talent" among draftable players at the position.

Cosell went on to tweet that the "concerns (are) with discipline in pocket, pocket movement, muddied pocket, etc," are the issues holding Bray back. "Key to Bray's NFL career will be coaching. Has impressive physical attributes but needs much work with subtle details of position. A process."

NFL Films' Greg Cosell believes Tennessee QB Tyler Bray has a hard time making throws when bodies are around him.

In fact, Cosell says he is leery of quarterbacks who struggle with this. "Obvious arm talent," Cosell said of Bray. "Concerns are very loose and undisciplined in pocket. Efficiency drops dramatically in muddied pocket." He went on to add that "another concern with Bray is functional mobility. Stiff in his movement. Don't have to be a runner but must avoid and reset. Didn't see that."

Tennessee's Tyler Bray recorded the top ball speed among Combine QBs, clocking 59 miles per hour.

No other speeds were given in the report from Dan Pompei. This measurement is not surprising, since Bray possesses a cannon arm when his feet are set. That is the issues, however, since Bray struggles to use consistent footwork and generate a solid base for his downfield throws.

Tennessee QB Tyler Bray put on 24 pounds in his training leading up to the combine.

"I'm a lot bigger," Bray said. "That was always the main issue is my weight, seeing if I can take a hit. I put on 24 pounds, so I think I'm ready to go." Bray measured in at 6'6", 232 pounds, meaning he weight 208 pounds going into training. His new weight could help him stay healthier at the next level.

"Tyler Bray might be the most gifted passer in the 2013 NFL Draft, but teams haven't viewed him as a legitimate franchise-caliber quarterback due to his prickly personality and adolescent ways," Brooks writes. "However, coaches and scouts are reconsidering their respective opinions on Bray after seeing the Tennessee star light up passing drills over the past few days at the NFL Scouting Combine."
