With the legal process stemming from a June incident ongoing, Iowa State receiver Albert Gary is making the most of his second chance this season.

Previously suspended for three games, Gary’s return to the Cyclones was an opportunity many understandably feel he should have never had. Robbery charges from a June incident are pending for Iowa State receiver Albert Gary.

Gary’s misjudgment resulted in a three-game suspension earlier this season. A sophomore, who did not play last season, Gary made his collegiate debut and caught his first pass Oct. 22 against Texas A&M. He played a noticeable role in a win over Kansas going 5-57.
