Former Alabama OT D.J. Fluker, Tennessee QB Tyler Bray, Tennessee DE Maurice Couch, Mississippi State DT Fletcher Cox and Mississippi State WR Chad Bumphis received improper benefits during their time on campus, according to Yahoo Sports' Rand Getlin and Charles Robinson.
The piece is extremely detailed, so we won't list each one here. Agents supplying college athletes with benefits in the form of cash payments is nothing new, but it could have an impact on the programs involved. These benefits did not come from just one individual in some cases. Couch is the only player still on a college roster. Wed, Sep 11, 2013 05:33:00 PM

Chargers selected Alabama RT D.J. Fluker with the No. 11 overall pick.

Fluker (6-4 5/8, 339) was a 35-game starter in college, making all of them at right tackle. Although Fluker possesses vine-like 36 3/4-inch arms, he's not suited to block on an island and slow feet will keep him on the right side or perhaps even kick Fluker inside to guard. Fluker ran a 5.31 forty with a 1.81 ten-yard split in Indianapolis. As a senior, he allowed 5.5 sacks and 15.5 hurries of quarterback A.J. McCarron. San Diego is still reeling on the offensive line. We're not sure their pass protection got any better with this pick.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora writes that the Arizona Cardinals are "extremely high" on Alabama OT D.J. Fluker.

This is not a shock but there are questions whether Fluker is worthy of that high of a selection and if he can play tackle at a high-level in the NFL. He lacks great foot quickness and may be best suited at guard. La Canfora also notes that the team will consider Oklahoma's Lane Johnson as well.

Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys implies the team could look to draft an OT.

"I think it’s notable that we haven’t said where we are and he [Free] hasn’t said where he is relative to his status as we go into this draft," Jones said. "That’s by design and certainly we wanted to see how and what we do in the draft. We were talking about it as late as this morning. If you draft a tackle, how does that impact a player like Doug, whether or not you move him around? I’m sure he’s looking at it there as well."

Draft insider Tony Pauline cites sources who tell him the Titans view Alabama T D.J. Fluker as a day one starter at guard.

Pauline notes the Titans and Chargers are both considering Fluker. The obvious question is why would the Titans project Fluker to guard when Chance Warmack, an accomplished player at the position, is sitting there. We wouldn't be surprised if Fluker eventually moves to the spot full-time, however.

NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah notes there is "a lot of buzz" around T D.J. Fluker being the first Alabama offensive lineman selected.

We believe it. Despite Fluker seemingly stuck to the right tackle or guard spot, that position can be more coveted than Chance Warmack's guard slot. There have been reports of Warmack and Jonathan Cooper potentially landing in the top 14, but we will believe it when we see it. Fluker is a viable candidate for the Chargers at No. 12.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora writes Alabama T D.J. Fluker could be selected before Miami picks at No. 12.

It is tough to fathom a right tackle being selected in the top 11 picks, so a team must consider Fluker a left tackle, or at least plan on giving him a shot there. The Chargers seem like a realistic option, but we still think they could trade up and select one of the true left tackles in this class, along with the Cardinals.

Cowboys writer Bryan Broaddus does not believe the team would select Alabama T D.J. FLuker at pick No. 18.

Fluker has been mentioned with the Giants at No. 19 and even higher in connections with the Chargers and Dolphins. Some teams might consider Fluker at left tackle due to his incredibly long arms and lost weight, but his pass set seemed far too slow at times to stick on the blindside.

USA Today's Tony Pauline cited sources who told him that Alabama T D.J. Fluker is a "real possibility" for the Dolphins at pick No. 12.

With the Dolphins showing interest in Eric Winston, the team appears to be moving towards implementing more zone blocking. We don't think this fits Fluker's game... at all. He's a power blocker with great arm length and drive, but his pass set can be quite slow. We only hope teams don't look at him as a left tackle, despite the weight loss.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen calls Alabama RT D.J. Fluker one of the "true rising" players over the last few weeks.

"Remember, most teams just began draft meetings in earnest last week," Mort added. That note is important, because draft "risers" are usually a media generated term. In draft meetings, multiple grades and opinions are discussed, and a final tally is given which places the prospect at a certain part of the draft board. Former NFL offensive lineman Ross Tucker tweeted that he knows of one team in the top 10 that loves Fluker.

Alabama T D.J. Fluker visited the Rams on Friday.

The Rams will try to convince Rodger Saffold to move to right tackle after signing Jake Long, but Fluker is definitely a possibility for the team in the first-round. We do worry about the slowness in his pass set, but Fluker has lost weight and is a mauler once acquiring solid hand placement.

Draft insider Tony Pauline says the Giants are being "very coy" with their interest in Alabama T D.J. Fluker.

Pauline adds that Fluker is visiting the Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Giants have rarely spent early picks along the offensive line, but Fluker would instantly upgrade their physical mentality at the right tackle position. He does struggle to get back in his pass drop, but Fluker could have a future inside at guard if tackle does not work out.

The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson reports Alabama OT D.J. Fluker has met with four teams.

The four teams are the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers. All of the teams could have legitimate interest in Fluker, whether it's at guard or tackle. There have been concerns about Fluker's ability to play on the edge but he appears to have the talent to be a quality right guard.

Draft insider Tony Pauline believes the OT class thins out quickly after the top three players at the position.

"After those top three guys you have DJ Fluker of Alabama, who is a right side player, who is going to go in the first-round," Pauline says. He then mentioned Oday Aboushi, who might be a second or third-round pick after a "very poor draft process," Menelik Watson and Brennan Williams. When discussing the latter, Pauline mentioned that Williams can play the left or right side.

Alabama OL D.J. FLuker has four team workouts scheduled.

The Ravens, Vikings, Rams, and Cowboys are the four teams. All are in need of offensive line help, but the Ravens, Vikings, and Cowboys are fairly set at right tackle, where many project Fluker. There's also some buzz that the Alabama product might be projected as a guard.
