Wake Forest senior WR Michael Campanaro may play Thursday against Clemson after missing the last two games while recovering from a broken hand.
Campanaro did not have to undergo surgery on the broken hand, but this recovery was a bit faster than initially planned. The target date has been next weekend's matchup with Boston College, and although the senior is not definitively playing Thursday, it does appear to be a possibility. Wed, Oct 24, 2012 11:18:00 AM

Michael Campanaro moves into the role of top receiver for the Demon Deacons.

Campanaro was a nice compliment to Chris Givens last season and he is unquestionably the top returning receiver for 2012 on an offensive unit that returns only three starters. His 73 receptions (833 yards, 2 TDs) last season placed fourth in the ACC. Versatile, the junior-to-be returned a punt for touchdown and threw a pair of TD passes.
