Blair really emerged this season, especially after Walter Stewart's playing career ended midway through the year. Cincinnati senior LB Greg Blair has gone from an undrafted free agent to late round contender with his improved play this season, according to SI's Tony Pauline.

Blair, a transfer from Lackawanna Community College, played in only one game last season, but has taken his game to "another level" this year. According to Pauline, Blair is "displaying himself as a tough, run defender with the ability to handle the inside/middle linebacker spot in a variety of defensive schemes." He will certainly need to step up for a defense that lost their best player in Walter Stewart.
