TCU senior DT Chucky Hunter has "deceptive quickness," according to NFL Media analyst Charles Davis.
"Hunter enjoyed a big senior season with the Horned Frogs and helped them to a 12-1 finish," wrote College Football 24/7 writer Mike Huguenin. "Hunter (6-1, 307) is stout in the middle and hard to root out once he gets settled in." Hunter logged 9.5 TFL in 2014 and 21.5 across his past three TCU seasons. He can bench 520 pounds and clean 460. Hunter is a Day 3 prospect at the moment. Jan 14 - 4:48 PM

CBS Sports' Dane Brugler writes that TCU senior DT Chucky Hunter "brings a good mix of strength and foot quickness to be a two-down interior presence."

"A three-year starter, Hunter has been an active ingredient to the Horned Frogs' success on defense, getting upfield quickly and also protecting the edge," Brugler wrote. Hunter will play in the East-West Shrine Game later this month. Scouts will certainly like what they see in the weight room: Hunter can bench 520 pounds and clean 460. He's a Day 3 prospect at the moment.

TCU junior DT Chucky Hunter stated he will not enter the 2014 NFL Draft since he is on track to graduate in two years.

It is a bit early for a prospect to state their intentions, but Hunter's future was questioned by reporters. "The reason I came to college is to get a degree," the junior said. "I will get my degree in two years, so I will stay. I’m really not worried about leaving early." Last season, Hunter made 36 tackles, six going for a loss, including 3.5 sacks.
