Georgia junior DE James DeLoach did not suffer an actual injury in Saturday's 20-13 win over Auburn, but exited after getting the wind knocked out of him.
DeLoach went down in the first half of Saturday's win over Auburn, but later returned to the game. It turns out the 6-foot-3, 265-pound junior merely had the wind knocked out of him. He'll suit up as normal against Georgia Southern on Saturday. Nov 16 - 9:28 PM

Georgia head coach Mark Richt decided not to suspend junior DE James DeLoach or junior DL John Taylor.

The duo was slapped with "significant additional internal discipline" after getting arrested and charged with theft by deception back in March. But at least they're still with the team. Safety Tray Matthews was dismissed by the university for his involvement in the scam, while WR Uriah LeMay was released from his scholarship to transfer to Charlotte.

Georgia sophomore LB James DeLoach is questionable for the game against Tennessee with a concussion.

DeLoach did not dress against LSU and is in danger of missing action this week after being limited in practice. The sophomore was expected to contribute this season, but he's been somewhat of a disappointment.

Georgia sophomore LB James DeLoach underwent thumb surgery but is expected to play in the season opener.

The surgery was to repair a sprained ulnar collateral ligament. DeLoach is a projected starter after playing in all 13 games as a true freshman in 2012. He will likely play opposite Jordan Jenkins in a pass rushing role.
