NFL scouts have stamped Auburn redshirt senior DT Jeff Whitaker with a poor preseason grade, according to TFY Draft Insider's Tony Pauline.
"Whitaker sat on the sidelines last season with [a knee] injury, the primary reason scouts have stamped him with a poor grade," Pauline wrote. "But go back to his junior film of 2012 and Whitaker displayed tremendous next level potential. He’s a strong, wide bodied lineman with a large degree of upside." Pauline grades Whitaker as a Round 6 prospect. Sep 1 - 8:40 PM
