Seahawks selected Boston College OLB Kevin Pierre-Louis with the No. 132 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft.
Pierre-Louis (6-foot 1/8, 232) made 44 starts for the Eagles, earning first-team All-ACC accolades as a senior and finishing his career with 23 tackles for loss, eight sacks and a forced fumble. He showed ideal athleticism at the Combine, running 4.51 with a 39-inch vertical and highly explosive 10-foot-8 broad jump. Pierre-Louis is much more a finesse defender than thumper, but has tools to become a standout special teamer, and perhaps a starting "Will" linebacker down the road. May 10 - 2:31 PM

Scout.Inc's Todd McShay believes Boston College LB Kevin Pierre-Louis will be a contributor in the NFL.

McShay loves Pierre-Louis' speed. "Still developing as player (instincts, hands)," he tweeted. "But can contribute in NFL. If nothing else, can cover kicks right away." NFL.com's Charles Davis recently called Pierre-Louis one of the draft's big sleepers due to his speed. Pierre-Louis lacks ideal size (6-foot, 232 pounds), but ran the fastest 40-yard dash amongst linebackers (4.51 seconds) at the combine.

NFL.com's Charles Davis believes Boston College LB Kevin Pierre-Louis will be one of the draft's sleepers due to his size.

Pierre-Louis' ridiculous combine included the fastest 40-yard dash amongst linebackers (4.51 seconds). He also tied for third in the bench press (28), finished third in the vertical jump (39), tied for second in the broad jump (10-8) and placed second in the 20-yard shuttle (4.02). "He's not just a workout warrior -- he was very productive in college, but lacks ideal size (6-0, 232) and is not a name people hear very often. I'd keep an eye out for him, though," wrote Davis. Pierre-Louis is projected to go undrafted, though his combine performance may earn a Day 3 selection.
