Kansas redshirt sophomore TE Jace Sternberger will transfer.

Sternberger worked mostly on special teams this past season. On the offensive side of things, the 6-foot-4, 225-pounder caught a mere one pass for five yards over the course of 10 games played. Seeing as how Kansas was the only Power 5 outfit to offer him a scholarship during the 2015 cycle, it will be interesting to see if he is forced to drop down to the FCS or JUCO ranks with this transfer.
