247 Sports analyst Greg Biggins listed Washington four-star 2019 QB commit Dylan Morris as the top performer from Day Two of the Elite 11 finals.
Morris comes in ahead of South Carolina four-star QB commit Ryan Hilinski as the top performer in Biggins' eyes on the second day of the event. " He was efficient, accurate and he always throws on balance," Biggins writes. "He always looks like he had such command of what he's doing. Morris could be the most accurate quarterback in this event." The Huskies have a loaded quarterback room already, and assuming Morris honors his pledge to Montlake, it's going to be even better in 2019. Jun 3 - 12:24 PM

ESPN's Tom Luginbill and Tom VanHaaren compared Washington four-star 2019 ATH commit Dylan Morris to Boise State QB Brett Rypien.

The analysts explain the comparison, "Both Rypien and Morris lack great physical stature, but both possess savvy, anticipation, accuracy and competitive traits that make them perfect for Washington." They think Morris "is a vintage QB for head coach Chris Peterson." Morris is actually the only verbal commit in the Pac-12 for the first edition of ESPN 300. They currently have him ranked at No. 117 overall but 247 Sports have him as their 3rd ranked pro-style quarterback. Even with Jacob Eason's transfer and two 2018 four-star commits, Morris seems to be set on attending Washington.

Washington four-star 2019 QB verbal commitment Dylan Morris remains "110 percent" committed to the Huskies even after Jacob Eason's decision to transfer to the school.

Morris is a local commit; hailing from Graham, Washington, but after the Huskies not only secured Eason's transfer but two four-star signal-callers in the 2018 class in Jacob Sirmon and Colston Yankoff, there were rumors that he could look elsewhere. On the contrary, says Morris. "When (Eason) signed, I had pretty much heard about it for a while and knew it was going to happen," he told 247 Sports. "I was 100 percent committed to Washington before, but with him there, I'm 110 percent committed now because I think it's only a good thing for the program." Morris ranks 3rd among quarterbacks on 247 Sports pro-style rankings, and as the top overall player in the state of Washington.

Morris (6'1/180) was named the quarterback MVP at The Opening regional in Oakland and also performed well at the Pylon Elite 7v7 camp in Las Vegas. Scout.com ranks him as the No. 44 overall prospect for the 2019 cycle. The Graham, Washington, native committed to the home-state Huskies earlier this month.

Washington received a verbal commitment from four-star 2019 QB Dylan Morris.

Morris (6'1/180) ranks as Scout.com's No. 44 overall prospect for the 2019 cycle and continues an arms buildup for HC Chris Petersen on the recruiting front. The Huskies already have commitments from four-star 2018 gunslingers Jacob Sirmon and Colson Yankoff, with Morris their first pledge -- at any position -- in the 2019 class. Washington will have plenty of replacement options for Jake Browning when the time comes.
