Alabama redshirt senior LB Christian Miller accepted an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl.
Miller is the second Alabama player to accept an invite to the prestigious event in 2018, as he'll be joined by fellow defender Isaiah Buggs in Mobile. the 6-foot-4, 244-pound defender picked up seven sacks for the undefeated Crimson Tide, and 10 overall tackles for loss. He currently projects as a mid-round pick, but his production for one of the best defenses in all of the sport could see him become a Day 2 selection if he tests well in events like this. Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline believes redshirt junior LB Christian Miller is a top-100 prospect in the 2019 draft.

Pauline isn't overly excited about Miller but says he is "a nice sized linebacker with playmaking skill. He has an upside but must round out his game." Miller is coming off a season-ending bicep tear in 2017 but has been healthy for August camp so far. HC Nick Saban is reportedly trying him out at middle linebacker after primarily being an outside linebacker so far in his career. He could see his draft stock skyrocket if the switch to middle linebacker pays dividends.

After initially ruling out redshirt junior LB Christian Miller for the season with a biceps injury, Alabama head coach Nick Saban says Miller might return this year.

Miller is now in the "functional stage" of his rehab, but Saban made it known that Miller's return is dependent on the medical staff. Miller was injured in early September and his return would really help Alabama's front seven talent.
Thu, Nov 16, 2017 10:56:00 AM's Matt Zenitz reports that Alabama redshirt junior LB Christian Miller is expected to miss the remainder of the season with a biceps tear.

Miller (6'4/240) had recorded three tackles against the Seminoles before going down injured on Saturday night. Tide HC Nick Saban only offered after the game that the redshirt junior was "very questionable" for next weekend's game against Fresno State. Miller posted 16 tackles and two sacks last season and was listed on the Week 1 depth chart as the team's starting SAM (outside) linebacker. Making matters even worse, Zenitz is also reporting that the young man listed as Miller's backup outside, sophomore Terrell Lewis, will miss the remainder of the season with a torn ligament in his elbow. Alabama will have to do some juggling, here.
