Rutgers redshirt senior T Tarique Cole noted that Ohio State junior DE Nick Bosa has never recorded a sack against him.
Cole (6'6/230) might not have been torn asunder by Bosa to this juncture, but he admires the OSU star's game, explaining to Bleacher Report earlier this summer that "the thing I respect the most about him is he's not only technically sound, but you get the same effort from him every play." We'll have a chance to see these two tango on Saturday. Bosa is a potential top-10 or even top-five pick for the draft, but Cole has pro upside in his own right, with Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline assigning him a sixth-round grade. NJ.com's Keith Sargeant writes that Rutgers redshirt senior T Tariq Cole "has the size, athleticism and experience to be a future pro."

Cole (6'6/320) has been named honorable mention All-Big Ten for each of the past two seasons. And after each of those seasons, he considered a jump to the NFL before ultimately opting to return to school. He'll finally reach the end of his eligibility rope following the 2018 campaign. The current incarnation of the Scarlet Knights could challenge the school record for players drafted (current record stands at seven in 2013) when the time comes for Day 1 to boot up in Nashville next spring.
