Zach Fischer begins his Tour career at the Pacific Rubiales Colombia Championship.

Fischer was the medalist at the 2013 Tour Q School, meaning he is the only player from that tournament that isn't subject to a reshuffle during the 2014 season. He is a true rookie, in that he's never teed it up in a Tour event. The defending champion of the event, held in Bogota, Colombia, is Patrick Cantlay. Cantlay will not defend, as he is a 2013-14 PGA TOUR member but on the shelf with a back injury.
