Bronson La'Cassie is set for his first start in The Greenbrier Classic at The Old White TPC.
The rookie has followed trends, both good and bad, in 2013-14. He missed his first five cuts, then made his next five. He followed that by missing his next three cuts leading into this event. If the dominoes continue to fall in fives, that means he'll miss his next two cuts. He needs to snap that streak, as ranks 181st in the FedExCup standings and is running out of time to crack the top 125. Jul 1 - 9:02 PM

Bronson La'Cassie will take his first peek at TPC Southwind in this week's FedEx St. Jude Classic.

La'Cassie has faded to 177th in the FedExCup standings after a 72nd in the Wells Fargo Championship and a missed cut at the HP Byron Nelson Championship. At 165th in GIR, he's struggling to give himself the number of birdie opportunities necessary to contend. Fairways are tough to find at TPC Southwind. It's a concern that he is 174th in GIR from other than the fairway.

Bronson La'Cassie will try his hand at TPC Louisiana for the first time in this week's Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

The rookie Web.com Tour grad from Australia enters the week 187th in the FedExCup standings, having made three of his last eight cuts. Relatively speaking, he's riding a hot streak right now. After missing his first five cuts, he's rattled off a T35-T58-T46 run at Pebble Beach, Puerto Rico and the Valero Texas Open.

Bronson La'Cassie continues his rookie campaign at the Valero Texas Open.

The Aussie sits 191st in the current FedExCup standings, so he hasn't been cutting the mustard. He's made just two of his seven cuts this season, but the paydays came in his last two starts. He tied for 35th at Pebble Beach before bagging a T58 in Puerto Rico. Perhaps he'll increase the streak to three at TPC San Antonio this week.

Bronson La'Cassie is two starts into his rookie season on the PGA TOUR, but has yet to make a cut.

The Aussie earned his way on TOUR by virtue of the Web.com Tour regular-season money list, winning the Cox Classic and amassing a pair of T3s. He was almost a rookie in the true sense of the word, competing only once on TOUR before this season's Frys.com Open. Since he failed to cash in either of his 2013-14 tournaments, he now finds himself 39th in the reshuffle.

Bronson La'Cassie is set for his second start of the 2013-14 PGA TOUR season and the third of his career at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba.

The rookie missed the cut at the Frys.com Open to start the season, chasing an opening 79 with a 69 in round two. It seems unlikely he will improve by 10 more strokes in the first round of this week's tournament, but any improvement will likely mean a weekend tee time.

Bronson La'Cassie has been added to the published field of this week's Frys.com Open.

La'Cassie was the third alternate when the field was released on Friday evening. He gained entry when Jonathan Byrd withdrew. The 30-year-old PGA TOUR rookie has just one start on the circuit (T62, 2007 John Deere Classic), but he's coming off a strong Web.com Tour season that included a victory at the final regular-season stop to secure his playing privileges for 2013-14.

Bronson La'Cassie signed for a 4-under-par 33-34=67 in the final round of the Cox Classic, then outlasted Matt Bettencourt in a three-hole playoff for the win 21-under 263.

The win is the Aussie's first on the Web.com Tour and moves him from 31st to sixth on the Web.com Tour money list, locking up his 2013-14 PGA TOUR card. His last lap around Champions Run was a wild one to say the least. He added up four birdies and two bogeys on his opening nine, the started the back nine with an eagle at the par-5 10th. Bogeys at the 12th and 16th all but eliminated him from contention, but he managed back-to-back birdies at the 17th and 18th to force extra holes. The first two playoff holes were halved with pars at the par-4 18th, then a par on the third playoff hole was more than Bettencourt could match. La'Cassie completed the comeback and walked off as the victor.

Bronson La'Cassie spun a bogey-free 6-under-par 33-32=65 in the third round of the Cox Classic to join Matt Bettencourt in the 54-hole lead at 17-under 196.

The Aussie circled birdies on the sixth, ninth, 10th and 15th holes before nabbing an eagle on the par-5 17th to vault himself into a share of the lead. He landed 15 GIR and putted to a 1.60 average, which works anywhere. In fact, he leads the tournament in putting average with a 1.575 clip. He'll try and pick up his first Web.com Tour win on Sunday, but at 31st on the Web.com Tour money list he could secure his PGA TOUR card for 2013-14 with a modest result.

Bronson La'Cassie plays the Mylan Classic this week in an attempt to lock up a 2013-14 PGA TOUR card.

La'Cassie finds himself 26th on the Web.com Tour money list, meaning he's the last man on the outside looking in for a coveted TOUR card. While a win would certainly do the trick, a high finish with just four events remaining on the schedule before the four-tournament playoff could also do the trick. He enters this week off a season-best T3 at the Alberstons Boise Open last week.
