Scott Van Slyke received a cortisone shot in his ailing right wrist on Friday.

He has been in and out of the lineup for most of September due to soreness in his hand and wrist, and has been unable to take batting practice for the past few days. As of now, he's still expected to be a part of the Dodgers postseason roster, but any further setbacks could change that.
