Yohan Pino was knocked around for six runs over 5 1/3 innings Friday in a loss to the Red Sox.

Starting in place of the injured Yordano Ventura (ulnar neuritis), Pino gave up a five-spot in the second inning and a solo shot to Hanley Ramirez in the fifth.
