Bueno had to complete a two-game suspension stemming from an incident in August 2008 in which he threw at the head of Alfonso Soriano. The 31-year-old left-hander will finish out the season in a middle relief role. He's now thrown 14 1/3 career innings in the major leagues.

Francisley Bueno on Sunday will begin serving a two-game suspension stemming from an incident during the 2008 season.

Bueno, who was then with the Braves, was found to have intentionally thrown at the head of Alfonso Soriano in an August game. He had the suspension reduced from three to two games after appealing.
