Enrique Rojas of ESPN Deportes reports that left-hander Raul Valdes has agreed to a one-year, $450,000 deal with the Chunichi Dragons of Japan's Central League.
Valdes began 2014 with the Astros before being acquired by the Blue Jays, where he posted a 4.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 78/24 K/BB ratio over 81 innings with their Triple-A affiliate.
